Knik Lecture Series: Exploring the Pacific World

The second installment of the Knik Lecture Series will be held from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Eagle River High School. There will be a public reception at 7 p.m., including an author meet-and-greet and book signing. Beginning at 7:30 there will be remarks from featured speakers Z.W. "Ski" Kowalewski and Mike Hunt, filmmakers from the Smithsonian Arctic Studies Center, UAA adjunct history professor Katherine Ringsmuth and Nike Site Summit deputy director Ivan Hodes. The moderator will be David Ramseur and the keynote speaker will be Craig Lang, co-founder and director of the BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation.
